Refund & Returns Policy
At HelloPharmacist, we want you to feel confident in every order. Because we sell personal-care products, high-purity actives, and consumables, this policy explains exactly when a return is possible, how to start one, and how refunds are handled. Please read it carefully before requesting a return, and reach out to us at hello@hellopharmacist.com if anything is unclear. This policy applies to purchases made through shophellopharmacist.com within the United States.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your request must be initiated within this window. Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date generally cannot be accepted, though you are always welcome to contact us with questions about your specific order.
Item Condition
To qualify for a return, items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items (including our topical creams and serums) and opened consumable items (such as softgels, drops, and powders) are generally not returnable once the seal has been broken. This protects the safety and integrity of every product we ship.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at hello@hellopharmacist.com with your order number and let us know which item(s) you would like to return. Our team will review your request and reply with return instructions. Please wait to receive these instructions before shipping anything back, so we can make sure your return is processed correctly.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions above, we will issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a handful of business days for the refund to be processed on our end; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, HelloPharmacist covers return shipping and will replace the item or issue a refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive packages sent without tracking.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We inspect and pack every order carefully, but if something arrives wrong, we will make it right. Please report any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items promptly — within about 7 days of delivery — by emailing hello@hellopharmacist.com. Include your order number and, where possible, clear photos of the item and packaging. For these situations, we cover return shipping and will either replace the item or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items generally cannot be returned:
- Opened consumable and personal-care items (creams, serums, softgels, drops, powders, and similar products) once the seal is broken, for health and hygiene reasons.
- Final-sale and clearance items, which are sold as-is.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please start a return for the eligible product following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want. If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no additional shipping cost to you.
