Before You Begin

Start by reading the full label on your specific product, since the labeled amount and directions can differ from item to item. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication, or managing a health condition, please consult your healthcare provider before starting anything new. Keep all products in their original, clearly labeled packaging so you always know exactly what you are using.

Using Cosmetic Topicals (Creams & Serums)

These directions apply to our cosmetic skincare topicals, including Bi-EST PRO 7.0, BiEST 5.0, Estriol 5.0, Progesterone Cream 75mg, the Nanoemulsified Estradiol Serum, and the Bi-EST 5.0 + Progesterone Cream Duo.

  • Patch-test first. Before regular use, apply a small amount to a small area of skin and wait 24 hours to check how your skin responds.
  • Apply to clean, dry skin. Make sure the area is washed and fully dry before application so the product can absorb well.
  • Use the labeled amount. Measure and apply only the quantity indicated on your product label — more is not better.
  • Rotate application sites. Alternate the areas where you apply from one use to the next to keep skin comfortable.
  • Wash your hands after applying (unless your hands are the intended application area), and let the product fully absorb before you dress or touch other surfaces.
  • Avoid transfer. Keep treated skin from coming into direct contact with other people, children, and pets until it has completely absorbed.

Using Supplements, Softgels & Drops

These suggestions apply to our ingestible wellness products, including Pure Tricaprin (C10) Softgels, Raw Desiccated Bovine Thyroid, HCG Homeopathic Drops, the Liquid Caffeine + L-Theanine Drops, and NeuroBoost Methylene Blue 1%.

  • Follow the label. Use the serving size, timing, and directions printed on your product as your primary guide.
  • Start conservatively. When trying something for the first time, it is reasonable to begin at the lower end of the labeled range so you can see how it fits into your routine.
  • Be consistent. Many people find that a steady daily routine, taken around the same time each day, works best for general wellness.
  • Consult your provider first. Speak with a healthcare professional before starting — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition — and let them know about everything you take.

For concentrated actives and base ingredients such as DMSO 99.995% USP-grade and Micronized Progesterone Powder USP, follow the specific handling and use directions provided on the label and use them only as intended.

Storing Your Products

Store all products according to their label — generally in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excess heat, and tightly closed between uses. Keep everything out of reach of children and pets. Do not use a product past its labeled expiration or beyond any period-after-opening guidance, and keep each item in its original container so it stays properly identified.
