Product Directions & Storage

Every HelloPharmacist product has its own intended use and instructions. Use this guide to find the details you need; follow the current label on your bottle and your healthcare practitioner’s directions.

Check the label before use

  • Confirm the product name, ingredients, and amount per pump, serving, capsule, or measured volume.
  • Read its directions and all warnings, including restrictions related to pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications, or age.
  • Check the tamper-evident seal where provided and any labeled expiration information.

Creams and serums

Review the individual page in our creams and serums collection for the amount per pump, application areas, and precautions. The products have different formulas and directions. The cream duo contains two separate bottles; it does not establish a combined schedule.

Follow each warning carefully. Estradiol Nanoserum must not be used during pregnancy, when planning pregnancy, or while breastfeeding. The Progesterone Cream label prohibits use with other progesterone or progestin products. Ask your healthcare provider about your own circumstances.

Softgels, drops, powders, and solvents

Do not apply instructions for one format to another. Follow the serving and use directions for the exact item. DMSO is labeled for solvent use only. Progesterone powder is for external cosmetic formulation, not ingestion. Methylene Blue 1% is labeled for use only as recommended by a healthcare provider; general supplement directions do not apply.

Read the relevant product page and bottle before opening or using a product. If directions are unclear, ask for clarification rather than estimating an amount.

Storage

Keep products in their original labeled containers and out of children’s reach. Follow the storage instructions for each item: BiEST creams specify a cool, dry place, while Estradiol Nanoserum specifies room temperature and must not be refrigerated.
