Our products are offered for sale to customers within the United States only.

Accounts and Account Security

You may be able to create an account to place orders and manage your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Products and Descriptions

We strive to describe our products accurately and to label them transparently. Even so, product descriptions, images, and specifications may contain errors, and colors or details may vary. The following disclaimers are an important part of these Terms:

• Hormone creams and serums are cosmetic products. Our topical creams and serums are intended for cosmetic skincare use only. They are not hormone replacement therapy (HRT), not medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Supplements and general-wellness products. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our supplements and consumable products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Pricing, Orders, and Our Right to Refuse

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and availability, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors and to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including limiting quantities purchased per person or per order. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unopened and unused. For health and hygiene reasons, opened personal-care and consumable items are generally not returnable, and final-sale or clearance items are non-returnable. Full details, including how to start a return and how refunds are processed, are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and the HelloPharmacist name and branding, is owned by or licensed to HelloPharmacist and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
