Where can I find ingredients and directions?
Start with the individual product page. Review the description and label photos for ingredients, amounts, package size, directions, and precautions. Follow the current label on your bottle. If a detail is unclear, contact our store team with the product name.
How do the creams and serums differ?
The formulas contain different ingredients and amounts. BiEST combines estriol and estradiol; Estriol 5.0 contains estriol; Progesterone Cream contains progesterone; Estradiol Nanoserum is a serum containing estradiol. Compare the amount per pump and the full ingredient list in our creams and serums collection. A larger number does not establish which formula is appropriate for you. Ask your healthcare provider about your individual circumstances.
Can I use the same directions for every product?
No. Creams, serums, softgels, liquid drops, powders, and solvents have different intended uses. Directions for one item do not apply to another. For example, DMSO is labeled for solvent use only, and progesterone powder is an external cosmetic ingredient, not an ingestible supplement. Read each product’s instructions before use.
How should I store a product?
Follow its own label. BiEST creams specify a cool, dry place. Estradiol Nanoserum specifies room-temperature storage and must not be refrigerated. Keep products in their original labeled containers and out of children’s reach. See our product directions guide for help finding the relevant details.
Can you help me choose or combine products?
Our team can help you locate ingredients, label amounts, and other product information. Your healthcare provider should advise on personal use, combinations, medications, and health conditions. Read every warning: some products prohibit use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and the Progesterone Cream label prohibits use with other progesterone or progestin products.
