We want every order to reach you in great condition, and we want you to feel taken care of if anything isn't quite right. Here's how we handle shipping, tracking, and returns.

Where We Ship

HelloPharmacist currently ships within the United States. Every order is made and shipped from the USA, packed carefully and in small batches to help protect quality in transit.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Once your package is on its way, we'll follow up with tracking details so you can keep an eye on delivery. If you don't see these emails, it's worth checking your spam or promotions folder — and you're always welcome to reach out to us directly.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

Occasionally a package takes a rough trip, or the wrong item slips through. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us at hello@hellopharmacist.com with your order number and, if you can, a photo of what you received. We'll review it promptly and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'd genuinely like to hear from you. Our approach is simple and human:

  • Reach out first. Email hello@hellopharmacist.com and tell us what's going on before sending anything back, so we can point you in the right direction.
  • Unopened items. Because many of our products are personal-care and wellness formulas, returns are generally best suited to items that are unopened and unused.
  • We aim to be fair. We'll always do our best to find a reasonable resolution, whether that's an exchange, replacement, or another path that works for you.
